From a medical perspective, you will undoubtedly be in good hands, whether in Belgium or abroad. Upon your return, I will be by your side to help you navigate this obstacle course within a reasonable timeframe — preferably without resorting to lengthy and costly legal proceedings, unless absolutely necessary. It is essential for your child to be properly registered for social security, with a Belgian ID card and passport.
In case of difficulties, I can assist you both pragmatically and legally, combining my professional skills, language abilities, and most importantly, my personal experience.
